Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at heyyougoodco@heyyougoodco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review and make it right with a reprint or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Hey, You Good? is a print-on-demand brand. Each piece is made specifically for you when you order, which means we are unable to accept general returns or process traditional exchanges.
